Urgent item handling incurs additional charges, and we have a new definition for what constitutes an urgent item.

When a buyer requests delivery within 3 days, it will be considered an “extremely urgent” item. If the requested delivery timeframe is within 5 days, it will be classified as a “very urgent” item. For delivery within 7 days, it will be categorized as an “urgent” item. However, the final determination will depend on whether our business operations can accommodate the requested timeframe, and we can discuss it further in such cases.

• “Extremely urgent items,” referring to deliveries requested within 3 days, will incur an additional service fee of 300% of the total amount.
• “Very urgent items,” which require delivery within 5 days, will be subject to an additional service fee of 200% of the total amount.
• “Urgent items,” with a delivery timeframe of within 7 days, will have an additional service fee of 100% of the total amount.

For urgent item handling, full payment upfront is required. In return, the buyer is entitled to a compensation service of 0.1% per day for any delayed delivery. However, the seller reserves the right to determine whether they can accommodate the request.

It is advisable for buyers to plan their schedules carefully and try to avoid the need for urgent item handling as much as possible, as it can be both labor-intensive and costly.
