The following outdated information from 1999 is recorded solely for historical reference and should not be taken seriously.
All design drafts must use the CMYK color mode.
Please provide design draft files in high-resolution CMYK color mode TIFF raster format with LZW image compression enabled. We do not accept file conversion services. Regarding color discrepancies, we will follow the standard printing four-color chart as the primary reference, with a tolerance of 10% in color variation between the final print and the draft. We regret that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for variations within this tolerance.
Advice for designers:
When a client commissions a design and selects any item from the menu on our website, there won’t be any discounts, except for differences in pricing based on quantity. We suggest charging clients a reasonable and deserved service fee of 5-20%. However, if the designer can propose their own design and provide the materials themselves, only outsourcing the manufacturing and processing to us, the pricing will vary based on the design. This way, designers can maximize their profits, and their unique, vibrant creations will stand out.

3). Next, copy the files you want to send to the newly created temporary directory.
4). Upload the prepared directory along with the files directly.
5). E-mail notification.
